Our senior people have been involved in managing pan-European and North American projects across a spectrum of government, food & drink and manufacturing sectors. These projects have covered a variety of areas including toolset evaluation, procurement, machine room review, Disaster Recovery organisation, software development & implementation, management of second and third level IT support funtions and troubleshooting. Normally, these projects last between three months and two years.

Without exception, all our projects have been successfully concluded on time and within budget.

We adopt PRINCE2 as our standard Project Management methodology and ISEB for our software testing standards.
